Zeerla Spa.

Zeerla Spa is a massage and wellness centre in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, set up for people who want a calm hour or two after a busy week. The interior is minimalist, with warm lighting and soft music. The menu covers therapeutic massage, facial and head spa treatments, wellness treatments, body treatments and a range of additional services. Therapists can also visit a home or hotel room anywhere in Dubai, which many guests find easier than crossing the city after work.

Massage is the heart of the spa. Traditional massages and therapeutic sessions are shaped around how each guest feels on the day, with attention to pressure, oil choice and pace. Foot reflexology is a popular add-on, and the Early Bird offer pairs a body massage with a foot reflexology session. The Zeerla Vitality offer combines a full body massage with time in the jacuzzi, which suits anyone who wants a slower afternoon. Couples can book side-by-side treatments through the Zeerla Couples collection.

Facial and head spa treatments make up the second main part of the menu. Signature collections include Zeerla Z&A, which the spa describes as bespoke wellness, and wellness treatments aimed at balance and relaxation. Body wraps and body treatments are also available, along with a Moroccan bath for guests who prefer a warm soak. The treatments page on the website lists each option, so it is worth browsing before booking.

Guests who are unsure where to start can look at the Me Time offer, available Monday to Thursday from 11:30 to 15:00 for AED 290 per person at the time of writing. It includes a 90 minute full body massage for women, and a 60 minute body massage with a 30 minute head spa for men.

The therapists at Zeerla are certified and complete training and courses before they work with clients. Senior therapists with years of experience supervise the team on a regular basis. The spa says it follows strict health and hygiene guidelines to protect both staff and guests, and it chooses products with natural ingredients where possible.

Opening hours run late compared with most Dubai spas. Zeerla opens at 11:30 every day and closes at 2:00 in the early hours from Sunday to Thursday, and at 3:00 on Friday and Saturday. Weekday midday offers run from 11:30 to 15:00 Monday to Thursday, and the Zeerla Vitality offer runs until 18:00. The website recommends booking ahead, since the last appointments of the day fall later than at most spas.

Booking is simple. Guests can reserve online through the website, message the team on WhatsApp, or call +971 50 206 8805. Membership options are available for anyone who wants regular sessions, including home visits. The spa is in Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, and visitors should ask at building reception and head up to 2406.
