Create an account, search for and select your clinic, then verify ownership with a code sent by SMS to the clinic's phone number or by email to the clinic's email address. Once verified, you add your payment method to start your subscription and your profile goes live as verified.

Contact our team and we will correct the details on file so you can receive your verification code and complete the claim.

Pricing is per location, per month, and gets lower the more clinics you manage: $59.99 per location for 1–3 locations, $39.99 per location for 4–20, and $19.99 per location for 21 or more. There is no free plan; every subscription includes all features.

We import your Google reviews and display them on your profile. In your member dashboard you can see every review, write or edit your replies, and connect your Google review link so visitors can leave a review directly from your MedSpaFind profile. Reviews themselves cannot be edited, filtered, or reordered.

Yes. Verified clinics can connect booking software such as Fresha, Zenoti, Mindbody, and Vagaro, so visitors can book an appointment without leaving your profile.

Your dashboard shows profile impressions, clicks, AI mentions, and other engagement data, so you can see how visitors find and interact with your clinic.

Yes. One account manages every clinic you operate, each with its own profile, hours, and treatment menu. You can claim additional clinics from your account at any time. If you have a large number of locations, contact us and we will claim them for you in bulk.

You can cancel anytime. Your clinic stays listed but loses its verified status and verified features, and you lose access to manage the profile. The listing remains tied to your account and cannot be claimed by anyone else, so you can restore full access by restarting your subscription.

Yes. Beyond the platform, our team offers website design, SEO, and social media management, a custom patient app for client retention and communication, and AI receptionists that answer calls during and after business hours.
