  • Creating a member account: Business owners who access the member portal provide account credentials and business profile information.

  • Subscribing to a paid plan: Billing information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region level);
  • Browser type and version;
  • Device type and operating system;
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths;

Business profiles on MedSpa Find may display reviews collected from Google. MedSpa Find reserves the right to remove or adjust any reviews displayed on the Platform at its discretion.

2.4 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health records, medical history, treatment preferences, financial account information beyond what is necessary to process subscription payments, or precise real-time location data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate and provide the Platform: Including managing business listings, processing subscription sign-ups, and enabling access to the member portal.
  • To communicate with you: Including responding to inquiries, sending account-related notifications, and providing support.
  • To send business outreach emails: We may contact business owners whose listings appear on MedSpa Find to inform them about the option to claim and verify their profile. You may opt out of these communications at any time (see Section 7).
  • To improve the Platform: Including analyzing usage patterns, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing features.
  • To process payments: Including verifying subscription transactions through our payment processor.
  • To comply with legal obligations: Including responding to lawful requests from government authorities or courts.
  • To protect our rights and the Platform: Including detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (UAE and Applicable Jurisdictions)

For users in the UAE, and where required by applicable law, we process personal data on the following legal grounds:

6.4 Business Transfers
