Dr. Ali Adibfar – Outstanding Surgeon & Team! I recently had a 360 body lift with Dr. Ali Adibfar, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my results. From start to finish, Dr. Adibfar and his team made the whole process feel seamless and reassuring. Dr. Adibfar’s skill and attention to detail are incredible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr. Adibfar is very professional, knowledgeable and a gifted surgeon. I was so impressed from the moment I walked into his office. They are extremely clean and modern. His team is very polite and respectful. Dr. Adibfar listened and made sure to answer all of my questions. I knew I was in good hands after my consultation. During and after and my surgery he made me feel very comfortable. I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Adibfar as my surgeon. He helped me reach my desired results and exceeded my expectations. I knew for decades that one day, I would get a facelift. Managing to keep that at bay for 13 years (I am 65) with botox and fillers, i saw that I was looking over filled and unnatural - so took the steps to restore and booked a consultation with the best surgeon in town; Dr.Ali Adibfar. As an HSP, I am keenly aware of details and energy. Being greeted warmly and experiencing the tranquil and quietly elegant environment put me instantly at ease. I was very impressed when Dr. Adibfar sat with me and asked patient information details (instead of being handed a clipboard to fill out myself). He also took my 'before' photos. I had heard from trusted professionals that Dr. Adibfar was a perfectionist. I felt complete and fearless trust and booked my FULL FACE AND NECKLIFT WITH LOWER BLEPHAROPLASTY AND FAT TRANSFER. I am now almost 4 weeks post surgery and already thrilled with what is evolving. Dr. Adibfar and his brilliant patient co-ordinator Kat were so immensely thorough with regard to the healing process (it's not always a linear recovery), I was not surprised or stressed by what was happening. This is major surgery and patience is key! Not only is Dr.Adibfar kind and sensitive, his surgical skills and incredible eye for detail are unmatched. Although it is recommended that one gets more than one opinion when considering any surgery (which I did), allow me to suggest that the only plastic surgeon you need to see is Dr. Ali Adibfar.

I went to Elements for some preliminary FFS surgeries. I originally went in with the intent of only getting a rhinoplasty, but they also recommended a buccal fat reduction, which I agreed to. Clearly they know what they're doing as Dr. Adibfar did a fantastic job with my nose, and I'm very happy with the choice to get buccal fat reduction as well! Although I certainly have more surgeries that I still need, even with just these two procedures done so far my face looks much more feminine than it did before. Also their facilities are very nice, and the wait time for my procedures was very short (only a few weeks!). I highly recommend Dr. Adibfar!

I recently had an upper blepharoplasty and fat grafting, currently 5 weeks post op and wow! The results are absolutely stunning. The recovery was seamless and extremely easy. The clinic, the staff and Dr. Adibfar exceeded all expectations. Best decision to have this procedure done and to do it with the best surgeon in Toronto, Dr. Adibfar!

I had an augmentation and lift with Dr. Adibfar June 1 of 2023. It is a few years later now and I am just as happy with my results now as I was then. The staff is amazing. friendly and kind. The facility immaculate. Dr Adibfar is very honest about what you can expect and a very kind person. I did have one small concern about something after 18 months and they saw me within a month and explained everything to me with patients. I highly recommend his work. We did often wait past my appointment times. Once for over an hour. About half my appointments I would get a call a few days before with an adjusted appointment time, and or, day. We are 90 minutes away but generally closer 2 hours depending on traffic, so an appointment does manage to take away an entire day for us and last minute changes were inconvenient. It would have been thoughtful to ask us if appointments could be bumped and give us the option.

I have been coming to Dr. Adibfar for many years now. I’ve had 3 surgeries with him and I absolutely love my results. I just did the 3rd facial surgery with him 3 weeks ago and my results are amazing. I’m recovering very fast and I’ve already gotten many compliments. I never had any complications with any of my surgeries they have always gone very smooth. At 67 years old I was a bit (more than a bit) hesitant to undergo elective surgery…. It was one of the most wonderful experiences and best decisions From walking in on one of my best friends recommendations I was informed of all the options risks costs and a detailed explanation of what to expect before during and after the procedure ( a 5 hour surgery) My experience was sooooo very positive I took all the pre and post operation advice and followed it verbatim I recovered quickly and am beyond happy with the results…. I highly recommend Dr Ali Adibfar Kat and his staff without hesitation

I'm writing this review as I am at a loss for words with the amount of respect, and appreciation I have for Elements Plastic Surgery. Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Adibfar for the most amazing surgical results alongside exceptional care, pride and patience. He has gone above and beyond to what no other surgeon has done before with my previous surgeries elsewhere. He has great passion for what he does and it shows from start to finish. I don’t say this lightly- my situation was different than most, I had a history of delayed healing due to previous surgeries and we actually needed to work together for over 1 year to manage my healing. People usually don't anticipate post surgical complications, and if it happens would there be support from your doctor? The nurses that he has chosen for his team have been amazing and showed so much respect, very helpful with great work ethic. Secondly, I have to say a very most sincere thank you for his amazing patient coordinator Kat. She’s nothing less than amazing to deal with, she has never made me wait for an answer and if it was something she didn’t know she would get the doctor to call me right away, she has taken time to always reach out and see how the process is going and if there was anything I needed. Going through a long, complicated recovery can be dark at times but Kat and Dr. Adibfar were always there to reassure me at all times and made me feel safe and know everything will work out. Needless to say that the team at Elements Plastic Surgery are amazing and I’m soo thankful I got the chance to choose them for my surgery journey. The minute I stepped foot in the door the lady’s at the front were so welcoming and helpful. Hands down, the BEST surgery centre in Toronto.

Amazing Experience! I had a breast lift and a revision approximately 3 years ago but was still not satisfied. I was fortunate to stumble across reviews of Dr. Adibfar on RealSelf and he was rated extremely high with many positive comments. I reached out to the clinic and started my journey with them to have a Breast Lift Revision done and it was amazing from the beginning. During my consultation with Dr. Adibfar, I had every question I could have possibly asked answered by the doctor. He was extremely thorough and spent an hour going over the procedure, concerns and pictures of before and afters of his work to ensure I was completely satisfied. He was also able to show me based on pictures what the likely outcome would be. Dr. Adibfar is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The patient coordinator to the nursing staff were so caring and responsive in answering any questions that came up after the consultation to the surgery. Dr. Adibfar was the one who called me after the surgery to check in and make sure everything was going okay and to let me know about my first post op appointment. The care I received from the beginning to post surgery from all staff was incredible, I felt well taken care of. I am so happy with the results and I’m only 2 months post op. My only regret is that I wish I had gone to Dr. Adibfar from the beginning.

Honestly the best place to come to address all your concerns. I’ve been with Dr.Ali for over 10 years and won’t go anywhere else. His stitches are the best. I have done the full mommy make over. I’ve had two surgeries with Dr. Ali, and I’m genuinely happy with the results of both. From my first consultation, I was eager to share my concerns and was open about the things I wasn’t happy with regarding my appearance. Dr. Ali took the time to explain the root causes of my concerns in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He worked with me to create a plan that not only addressed my goals but also prioritized my safety. The plan was practical and achievable while minimizing risks. Although the process required more time, especially for healing (I had hoped to get everything done at once), I’m so glad we took this approach. It’s been 8 weeks since my bilateral blepharoplasty with Dr. Adibfar, now that the bruising has minimized I can finally offer my review. I am extremely pleased with my results. My eyelids were something that were bothering me for a couple of years. As someone who’s apprehensive when it comes to surgery I was trying to “fix” them with injectables etc. Needless to say, this didn’t address the issue. Dr Adibfar did a great job, I look more refreshed. I wish I hadn’t waiting so long to find Dr Adibfar. Thank you!

I’ve received a botox treatments for my TMJ a couple times here. Incredible, calming space and very friendly and helpful staff! Dr. Adibfar is very knowledgeable, precise, and caring. It feels like a very honest, genuine form of care without pushing any unnecessary treatments or more units than needed. This clinic pays close attention to detail! 10/10.

It has been about a year since my rhinoplasty, so I’m finally able to write a honest review. My experience with Dr. Adibfar was amazing. The initial recovery was uncomfortable but not painful. Of course, there was swelling here and there throughout the months, but it eventually levelled out. I’m very happy with my new nose. I highly recommend Dr. Adibfar for any detailed facial procedures.

All I can say is that Dr Ali is amazing Doctor. He is very responsible and he knows what he is doing. I have requested him for some unusual plastic surgery, which not all the doctors perform. He wasn’t afraid to perform this procedure on me and followed my requests what I want to achieve. He did my surgery perfectly, so far so good. It’s been one month, I will update when I am six months postop, but I’m very happy that I trusted my body with this doctor. Also I’d like to separately thank anesthesiologist! I woke up from the surgery feeling perfectly good and with very clear mind right away lol I wasn’t even feeling sick.

Dr. Adibfar has done my botox and fillers. He is the only person who knows how to make your face look better instead of simply "stuck" looking. I wouldn't let anyone else do my botox! He will ensure you look natural. He cares about his patients for real and there is no "bravado" from my experience. I think his training as an oral surgeon and extensive training in surgery and plastic surgery along with natural artistic talent has made him the best in his field.

Now that I am fully healed I can finally share my review on my entire experience with Dr Ali and the team at Elements. I was referred to Dr Ali for my skinny bbl as he's done work on my sister and a few girlfriends. On my first appointment i was underweight and was about 115lbs. Dr Ali was very honest from the beginning stating that he wont even do the procedure at my weight and I needed to gain atleast 15lbs and that even with weight gain i can and most likely will lose most fat cells during the healing. Once i started to gain the weight Dr Ali directed me on what was achievable and what would look best on my body type. He was honest and upfront and did not over promise on my body goals. From all my appointments from pre surgery the staff was always very kind and professional. After my surgery i received multiple follow up calls checking in on me. I really appreciated it as it was my first surgery and I was very overwhelmed so the reassurance from the staff helped mentally a lot. I also did a few post surgery massages at Elements and i enjoyed my experience for all of them. Overall i would highly recommend and when if i decide to do any other surgeries in the future ill definitely be coming back to Dr Ali

I wanted to write a review for the longest time, but I never know what to say ....so all I can say is WOW! First, Dr. Ali, what an amazing professional. He is a true artist, and a perfectionist. I went to different consultations and what really convicted me he was the right Plastic Surgeon for me, was not only his credentials, credentials are very important, but also his dedication, honesty, attention to detail, but overall HONESTY, he told me exactly what to expect, he never promised impossible anatomically compromised solutions, but he exceeded my expectations at every level. He went above and beyond and I'm so happy I chose him, I can hands down say that, this was the best money I have ever invested on myself. I feel now myself again, happy and confident, I want to go out, take pictures and enjoy. I'm not a super model and never will be, but I feel now better with myself, my new jawline profile and the years he took of my face. He will be my go to forever now.

In 2020, I had a spontaneous gynecomastia growth. I had a consult with a general surgeon at a hospital and was told that the operation would leave me deformed, my chest asymmetrical and that my left nipple may suffer necrosis and fall off. After this consult I started researching plastic surgeons in hopes they had a better method of performing the operation. A friend of mine referred me to Dr Adibfar and so I booked a consult with him in the summer of 2020. Dr Adibfar explained exactly how he would do the operation, without leaving any deformity and assured me my nipple would not fall off. The results were perfect. There was no deformity and my chest was left more symmetrical than before the growth happened. The small incisions healed perfectly and are not noticeable at all. 2 years later I went back to Dr Adibfar for liposuction on my upper/lower abdomen and upper/lower back. The recovery for this operation was even easier than the chest operation and once again, the results were perfect, even better than before I gained the pandemic weight. Dr Adibfar and the staff at Elements are professional and courteous. Dr Adibfar addresses all his patients concerns and is very experienced/confident. Being a repeat patient, I would highly recommend Dr Adibfar at Elements. The entire process is very smooth and you can rest assured that your results will look perfectly natural and exceed your expectations. The photos are the day before the operation on the left and 11 weeks post op on the right. There's still some swelling to go down which takes about 6-12 months, but you can see how well it's shaping up. Majority of the swelling reduced within 3 weeks.

On that, he places your requirements, goals, and concerns as a top priority for all procedures, through the entire planning and surgery process. I had a great experience with Dr.Adibfar and his wonderful team. I had my surgery about two months ago. The surgery was done in a beautiful room with a nice view, and relaxing music on, and indeed a wonderful team around me.During recovery time, I received follow up calls from Dr.Adibfar himself and his staff, as well as several follow-up appointments were scheduled to ensure my healing was on track. I could not be happier with the outcome thus far. Thank you Dr.Adibfar again for this amazing life change!

Dr. Adibfar did my first procedure back in 2016 (mummy makeover and breast augmentation) and I've returned since then, most recently in the Spring of 2022 for another procedure because I trust Dr. Adibfar to deliver the results that I'm looking for. He is a perfectionist and very knowledgeable. The costs may be on a higher end but I will go nowhere else because trust is a key component. His team is amazing. Agata, who has since retired, was an amazing patient coordinator who answered all my questions. He has since brought Brenda on who is equally as accommodating and knowledgeable. She provides self-assurance to clients during the planning process and Dr. Adibfar delivers the results. A winning combination!

Dr. Adibfar was an amazing doctor to work with for my procedure. He is a very knowledgeable and overall accommodating doctor. I was going through the rare occurrence of having some issues with the prescription I used for my procedure, and he quickly made a personal call to my mother to advise otherwise and as soon as I took the advice, it was all smooth sailing. I am very happy with results and so happy I chose Dr. Adibfar over other doctors in my search. Brenda and the front desk were very accommodating in everything I have needed. Thank you dr. Last year I’ve had a double blepharoplasty performed by dr.Adibfar. I’m pleased with the results and I can admit that he’s the best surgeon , knowledgeable , an artist for symmetry and that , from my experience , he will not do unnecessary procedures that look unnatural. I will recommend him to others. It’s imperative to mention the anesthetist , thank you as well and the rest of the team.

My first consultation with Dr Adibfar , I knew without a doubt that he was the surgeon I have been looking for, Apart from great reviews and qualifications of Dr Adibfar , I felt his passion and excitement for what he does. You could see that he loves his job and genuinely cares about his clients. He took time to explain in great detail, the procedure. The day of the surgery , I was relaxed and ready because I knew I was in good hands. The procedure went smoothly. The outcome of my surgery was simply beautiful..perfect. Amazing doctor, took time and care and I barely felt a thing during my procedure. He is an artist. I loved his attention to detail and how naturally enhanced I look post procedure. The shape of my lips look amazing. They look wider as opposed to more raised, which is exactly what I wanted. I also had no bruising or issues after. I also did fillers for under my eyes to lessen the darkness by raising the area, which also looks amazing. I have a much more youthful look because of it. Thank you Dr. Adibfar! Your precession and attention to detail always makes me look amazing and feel great about myself.
